"Elk Park Meadows" consists of lots from 4-13 wooded acres on a south facing slope, many with views of Chimney Rock. All have city water, u/g utilities and national forest access.
"Elk Park" consists of 35 acre parcels higher up with views of the surrounding mountains. Both have city water and share entry roads and the massive entry gate.
